Flow now available as an additional Google service for Workspace customers

- Bring curriculum to life: Educators and students can transform complex subjects—like historical events, scientific processes, or literature summaries—into engaging videos using simple text prompts, making abstract concepts easier to visualize and understand.
Getting started
- Admins: If you currently have the Apps > Additional Google Services setting turned ON, the Flow service will be enabled by default. You can disable it at the domain, OU, or group level. If you currently have the Apps > Additional Google Services setting turned OFF, Flow will be disabled by default and must be enabled to be accessible to your users. Visit the Help Center to learn more.
- End users: There is no end user setting for this feature. Visit the Help Center to learn more. Refer to Where you can use Flow for the list of supported countries and languages.
Rollout pace
- Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains: Full rollout (1–3 days for feature visibility) started on January 14, 2026
