How to access what's new:
To apply a theme to a form, click the 'Theme' button at the top of your form, select a theme and click 'Apply'. Note: The theme will be visible to your respondents when they respond in a form window, but not if they reply from an email message with an embedded form.

You can now control who can edit individual sheets in a Google Docs spreadsheet.

How to access what's new:
To protect a specific sheet, select the sheet and click the down arrow next to the sheet's name, and select the 'Protect sheet' option. Next, select who is allowed to edit the sheet from the 'Protect sheet' preferences box.

You can now view .ppt and .tiff files online, directly in your browser. A Flash plugin is no longer required. The viewer can also zoom in and out, select text to copy and paste, and 'print' the presentation to a PDF document.

How to access what's new:
When you click 'View' for a .tiff or .ppt attachment in Gmail, it will open directly in your browser for easy viewing.

Now when you when you upload a PowerPoint presentation into Google Docs, the speaker notes will be uploaded as well.

How to access what's new:
To upload a PowerPoint presentation including speaker notes into Google Docs, select 'File' and 'Upload a presentation' from the Google Docs menu bar. Choose the PowerPoint file you wish to upload and click 'Upload File'. The speaker notes from the PowerPoint presentation will appear under 'Speaker notes' in your Google Doc.
