The following features are now available to domains following the Scheduled Release track:

Sites:
- Groups Discussion Forums can be inserted via the ‘insert’ menu.
- Drawings gadget: Drawings can be inserted as a gadget via the ‘insert’ menu when editing a page.

The following features are intended for release to these domains on Feb 7:

Calendar: The new look for Calendar becomes the permanent interface and users will have no ability to opt out or revert to the old interface. Resources for users here.

Version 3.0 of the Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook® plugin is now available with the following improvements:

Outlook Tasks now synchronize with Google Apps

You can use Outlook Tasks to track and manage to-do lists in your Google Apps account. The following information in Outlook Tasks synchronizes with your Gmail Task gadget, and is available from other devices where you access your Google Apps account:
- Tasks, including due dates and reminders
- Task state (whether a task has been marked as completed)
- Top-level task folders sync as separate tasks lists in the Gmail Task gadget

Google Apps administrators can now access and configure improved email compliance footers, approved/blocked sender lists and file attachment policies for Gmail, directly from the control panel. Previously, Google Apps customers used Google Message Security, powered by Postini, to provide these capabilities. These settings can also be configured at the organizational unit level for fine grained policies.

How to access what's new:
- Log in to the administrator control panel and access “Settings” then “Email”.
- From the Email settings page, click "Filters".
- In the Organizations section select the organization for which you want to add settings.
- To create a new setting, click the “Add Setting” button near the right edge of the window (the Add setting dialog box opens).
- Click the type of setting in the left navigation menu of the dialog box, for example, “Objectionable content” or “Content compliance”.
