Integrating HubSpot with Google Chat

- Receive HubSpot notifications in Chat for things like new leads, deal status updates, or changes in contact records.
- Improve customer response times by connecting their HubSpot inbox to spaces in Chat.
- More efficiently collaborate on support tickets, expedite ticket resolution, and boost customer satisfaction by connecting their help desk workspace to Chat spaces.
- Configure and send custom notifications to specific users and Chat spaces through HubSpot workflows, which ensures the right people are informed about any significant event.
- Summarize HubSpot records using Breeze Copilot directly from the notifications in Chat.

Getting started
- Admins:
- Visit the ‘Before you get started’ section of the HubSpot Knowledge base to learn more about connecting HubSpot and Google Chat.
- Admins will need to allowlist the HubSpot app if your Marketplace user install setting is set to “Allow users to install and run allowlisted apps from the Marketplace.” Visit the Help Center to learn more about managing the Marketplace app allowlist for your organization.
- To enable the HubSpot app for all users in a domain, admins can domain-install the HubSpot app from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- End users will need a HubSpot account to use this app, and can also search for the app using the plus button menu next to the Chat compose box.
- End users: Visit the HubSpot Help Center to connect HubSpot and Google Chat, add the app to any Chat space, set up notifications, and sync Help Desk tickets. Visit the HubSpot for Google Marketplace listing for more information.
