New tools to troubleshoot network and performance issues in Google Meet

- Time segments highlighted when the local environment likely affects the call quality
- Suggested actions to help improve call performance
- Real-time feedback on the effect of any action taken on network and processing load
- Tips for performing common tasks, like presenting content and recording meetings

Getting started
- Admins: There is no admin control for this feature, but you can use our Help Center to learn how to prepare your network for Meet video calls.
- End users: This feature will be available by default, To find it, go to the three-dot menu and select “Troubleshooting and Help” during a call. Visit the Help Center to learn more about troubleshooting performance in Google Meet.
Rollout pace
- Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains: Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on January 12, 2021

- Available to Google Workspace Essentials, Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus, as well as G Suite Basic, Business, Education, Enterprise for Education, and Nonprofits customers
